Brad Hales to take on a new role!

Brad Hales, SOKY’s league coordinator, is stepping down from the position after serving for four years. Brad, a longtime board member, has been pivotal in the growth of our tennis community in and around Bowling Green. His proudest accomplishment has been helping Bowling Green to set a new all-time record for total registrations in 2022. “Brad has done such a tremendous job as our local league coordinator! The growth that we have seen in our tennis leagues is a direct reflection of his hard work. His leadership skills and the effort he put into maintaining excellent communication with local captains/players and state USTA officials have helped put tennis in the SOKY region on a track for continued growth and with an improved reputation,” Nate Harlan says, past SOKY president. Brad’s leaving big shoes to be filled and we’re so happy that he’s going to remain on the board throughout the coming year. He’s taking on a role of focusing on new USTA programs like the tri level league. He also plans to play on USTAKY teams and with his daughters.

We owe you a lot Brad! Thanks again!!!
